We fulfill our mission by providing food, clothing, and financial (rent/mortgage, and TXU utility bills) assistance to families in crisis who live in Alma, Avalon, Bardwell, Bristol, Ennis, Garrett, Palmer, and Rockett.
Assistance is subject to the qualification of clients, and utility providers involved. Does not provide rental for motels.

The Salvation Army’s mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in his name without discrimination. As funds are available, they could help with emergency rent, utility assistance, food pantry and a heat relief station. A drive-through food bank is offered M-W-F.
